Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or replacements for merchandise. If there was an error on the part of Kaloola Farms (if we shipped the wrong item or an incorrect quantity), at its sole discretion, Kaloola Farms will either correct or refund the order. Please note that there may be exceptions. All situations will be handled by Kaloola Farms Customer Service Department.
