Once you have made your selection of the meat you would like to order, simply click on the shopping cart to confirm payment details. We will follow up with a confirmation email.

• All our meat is delivered fresh, not frozen (NZ Rabbit is Frozen). Your meat will be delivered in a refrigerated vehicle.

• Orders must be placed at least 24 hours before your delivery day otherwise we cannot guarantee delivery until the next week. Delivery days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays and Fridays. If there is a set day you wish to have your order delivered please add this info on the delivery address, If you have ordered under a business address please let us know the hours of operation as our deliveries can arrive at any time.

• Orders must be made up to the value of $150 or more to qualify for free shipping. Once your meat is ordered and confirmed there is a strict non cancellation policy.

• Your meat will be delivered to your chosen delivery address within the Greater Sydney Region on the next delivery day available unless otherwise specified. Please ensure someone is home to sign for your delivery. Please note we do not accept responsibility for loss or theft of products after they have been delivered and received by the customer.
